Shout out to Kayla Stewart and Koes Saparsiah for contacting us, Indonesian American Chamber Commerce – SCU last year. Through your Podcast, we are proud and humbled to promote the Indonesian authentic product “Tempeh” among Southern Foodway Alliance subscribers. For this project we featured our members, Wiwas Tempe and Chef Veronica Liu (Grace’s Kitchen) who showed how to prepare various wonderful Tempeh based dishes .


We are hoping to up-lift tempeh's popularity beyond Indonesian American diaspora especially with the vegans and vegetarian’s health-conscious foodies.

Congratulations to IACC members for adapting Tempeh's delicacy for the local American culinary scene. Tempeh also promotes healthy eating and is a great substitute for many ingredients. Well done IACC - SCU members !
